Responsible for personal data

José Antonio Mendoza Encinas (hereinafter “Verifiplus” and/or the Controller) with address at Cerrada Rivera del Atoyac 26, Rivera del Atoyac, Puebla, Pue. CP 72430, in compliance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations, informs you that you are responsible for the processing of your personal data and/or sensitive personal data as the case may be (“Personal Data ") when collected through the online form.

Your Personal Data will be treated based on the principles of legality, loyalty, information, consent, purpose, proportionality, quality, responsibility, security, and confidentiality in terms of applicable legislation and will be used for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Notice.

In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), it is understood as:

Notice of Privacy:This document in physical, electronic and/or any other format generated by the Controller, which is made available to the Owner of the Personal Data.

Responsible:Private natural or legal person who decides on the processing of personal data.

Third: The natural or legal person, national or foreign, other than the owner or the person responsible for the Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data.

Headline:The natural person to whom the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data correspond.

Treatment: The obtaining, use, disclosure or storage of Personal Data, by any means. Use covers any action of access, handling, use, transfer or disposal of Personal Data.

Transfer:Any data communication made to a person other than the Controller or Data Processor.

Purpose of processing personal datas 

The Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data that the holders provide in the online form are intended to verify their identity, background, academic and work references, characteristics, past jobs, including those jobs that have been performed in the field. public and in private companies, verification will also cover all public and private records (employment references). As well as the Processing of your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data, for the retention period that has been established in accordance with applicable laws.

Personal data to be processed

The categories of personal data that may be collected and subject to processing are:

  • Identification data;

  • Contact information;

  • Employment data, including data about your Social Service;

  • Academic data;

  • Immigration data;

  • Address information;

  • Asset and/or financial data; and;

  • Health status data (classified as sensitive data);

  • In the cases indicated in point 7 and 8, your express and/or express consent will be obtained in writing as appropriate.

  • Jurisdictional background (civil, commercial, labor and criminal).

Verifiplus will not carry out transfers of your personal data, except for those that are expressly required to carry out the verifications, by the person responsible or by order of a competent authority. In such cases, we inform you that Verifiplus will adopt the necessary measures so that third parties who have access to your personal data comply with the personal data protection principles established in the Law.

Means to exercise the rights of personal data holders and revocation of consent

Starting January 6, 2012, users may request the exercise of their ARCO rights, which consist of:

Access to your Personal Data;
Rectify your Personal Data when it is inaccurate or incomplete;
Cancel your Personal Data;
Oppose for legitimate cause the Processing of your Personal Data, and/or
Revoke your consent for the processing of your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data at any time, so that they are no longer used.

The exercise of the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition of Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data, as well as the Revocation of consent made by the owners, must be carried out with a prior request to Verifiplus by email.https://www.verifiplus.mx and must contain at least the following:

  • Name of the owner, address and email to communicate the response to your request;

  • Documents that prove the identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the owner.

  • The clear and precise description of the Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights (in the case of rectification, the modifications to be made must be indicated and the documentation that supports your request must be provided) ;

  • Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data.

  • It is important that you keep in mind that not in all cases we will be able to respond to your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation we may need to continue processing your Personal Data and/or Sensitive Personal Data. Likewise, you must consider that for certain purposes, the revocation of your consent will imply that the relationship between us cannot continue, in accordance with applicable legislation.

For the purposes of the above, Verifiplus makes the following email available to users:https://www.verifiplus.mx, Verifiplus will respond to the user's request within a period of no more than 20 business days from the date on which it receives the corresponding request through the email that has been provided for this purpose. The exercise by users of the aforementioned rights must be subject to the applicable laws and regulations in force in Mexico.
